Preparation & Dispatch All our works are made to order to ensure the highest quality.
In-stock items: Dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Fine Art Prints & Bespoke Editions: Require 5–15 business days for production.
Domestic & International Delivery
Greece: Standard delivery via DHL.
International: We ship worldwide via DHL. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–20 days).
Customs & Duties: For orders outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes.
Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Our Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return for standard items.
Non-Returnable Items Please note that bespoke artworks, custom commissions, or made-to-order prints cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are created specifically for you.

Damaged Goods In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
