Terms of Service

These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Fine Artists Studio, registered in Greece. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

A binding legal contract is formed only when we receive your order and send you a formal confirmation via email. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices include Greek VAT (24%). For orders outside the European Union, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local customs clearances required by your destination country.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Preparation: Items in stock are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order Fine Art Prints or bespoke editions may require 5 to 15 business days for production.

Liability: We make every effort to deliver your goods promptly. However, as many of our works are made to order, we are not liable for reasonable or unavoidable delays in transit.

Ownership: Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods is transferred only after full payment is received.

4. Made-to-Order & Bespoke Works

Please note that contracts for bespoke artworks, custom commissions, or made-to-order prints cannot be cancelled or returned once production has commenced, as these items are created specifically to your specifications.

5. Cancellations & Returns

Standard Items: For non-bespoke items, you have 15 days from receipt to request a return.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition and packaging at your own cost and risk.

Refunds: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive faulty or incorrect, please notify us in writing at contact@fineartistsstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will be responsible for the return shipping costs and will provide a replacement or full refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork and content on this site are the intellectual property of Fine Artists Studio. Purchase of a physical print or artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.
